Patrick brings over 25 years of experience in mortgage banking, with the majority of those years focused on secondary marketing, capital markets and finance. Prior to joining Rushmore, Patrick held several positions including Senior Vice President - Capital Markets in his twenty-year tenure with Franklin American Mortgage Company/Citizens Bank. With extensive knowledge of fixed income and equity markets as well as retail, wholesale and correspondent lending channels, he helped build a $40B servicing portfolio from scratch and helped facilitate the sale of a private mortgage company to a large publicly traded bank for $511MM. His experience also includes purchasing loans via assignment of trade, direct trade, bulk, and mini bulk as well as securitizing loans with all three agencies (FNMA, FHLMC, GNMA). Patrick’s experience managing and selling loans from multiple warehouse banks, coupled with his understanding of mortgage lending with both independent mortgage companies and publicly traded banks will play a key role in the growth of our correspondent lending channel.

With 25+ years in the mortgage banking industry, Linda is a dynamic leader that played an essential role in launching Rushmore Correspondent Lending Services and its integration with Rushmore. She has background in Correspondent, Wholesale and Consumer Direct platforms. For 12 years, she served as an Executive Director with Roosevelt Management Company and 10 years as the Rushmore Senior Vice President. Linda has successfully led the startup and fast-track growth of multiple department and business units.
Linda’s prior roles also include 10 years with Credit-Based Asset Servicing and Securitization (C-BASS). Her diverse talent has helped her build and expand numerous platforms, acquire loan portfolios (WL and MSR) and complete loan deliveries to all agencies (FNMA, FHLMC and GNMA). Tracey has over 35 years of mortgage banking experience. She began in the industry in 1982, as a real estate paralegal. She serviced a clientele, which included people who had difficulty obtaining refinances. After successfully assisting many of the firm’s clients, one of the banks that Tracey worked with encouraged her to become their community lender. Since then, Tracey has worked in every phase of the loan process from loan origination, customer service, processing and underwriting. With 27 years of experience, Colleen has an extensive background in all aspects of the mortgage industry. She began her career as a mail clerk, reviewing and sorting mail and documents. As her career advanced, she learned more about the business, including property taxes, escrow accounting and researching/responding to customer correspondence. After working on the originations side, Colleen moved to the insuring and final documents department, where she covered all 50 states, making certain that all insuring documents were received in a timely manner.
